Hurricane Relief Run Leaving December 3rd

Brethren,
The Valley of New Bern will have a trailer headed to the mountains with relief supplies on Tuesday, 3 December. We are particularly askiing for toys but will take anything. Several places have already received snow and the cold weather has arrrived. This is a good time to clean out closets with cold weather gear you don't use anymore. As we stated earlier, bicycles and tricycles are nice because they will last longer (no batteries). Portable heaters are handy also along with sleeping bags. Please bring supplies to the Scottish Rite Office or York Rite Temple and we will get them to where they are needed most.
Some have asked about monetary donations. That is fine too. We will send monatary donations to the North Carolina Scottish Rite Masonic Foundation to be distributed as needed.
We had a Valley zoom meeting last Sunday night and WB Alex Edmisten commented on all that the Valley of New Bern had contributed.
