Our ABB4Me Program helps youth navigate through the obstacles, temptations, and choices they have to make. It also helps with decision making, setting goals, learning about their strengths, and how to respect themselves and others. It not only is a mental health life skills program but a physical and social one as well by incorporating karate techniques. Classes are taught by Life Coach Master Anne Radke and other instructors at our facility 1412 FL GA HWY Havana FL
