EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: Pamela Bailey has been part of the Evergreen family for 30 years.

Since her first day on May 28, 1996, Pamela has witnessed plenty of change, from paper timesheets and black-and-white computer screens to the technology we use today. Through it all, her commitment to the people we support and the Evergreen family has remained constant.

Over the years, Pamela has said goodbye to friends and colleagues while welcoming new ones who became like family. She credits Evergreen and her managers for trusting her to care for the people we serve, and her coworkers for the support, memories and friendships that have made her journey so special.

Congratulations, Pamela, on 30 incredible years! We are grateful for your dedication, your heart, and the countless ways you have helped make Evergreen what it is today.

Bowling Green, KY, was full of places to go and things to discover!

Individuals supported through Evergreen’s Day Program explored four-wheelers and bikes at Big Country Outdoor, cooled off with ice cream, and took full advantage of some massage chairs while strolling through the mall.

Meet Christopher and Christina. After 9 years together, they’re building more than a relationship. They’re building careers in Central Louisiana.

Christopher works evenings on a janitorial crew at the DMV, while Christina works mornings at the Fish Hatchery.

Evergreen’s community living and vocational training programs help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities reach their goals. Advocacy opens doors. Support keeps them open.

Day Programs are about creating opportunities to connect, participate, and have a little fun along the way. Individuals supported in Minden, LA secured some shade, grabbed some friends, and made the most of the day with volleyball, laughs, and something cold to beat the heat.
