We want to kick off February by continuing to put a spotlight on the progress of our resident, Hannah! This month, her internship with the Bossier Parish Sheriff's Office has transitioned her into the courthouse to gain a completely different set of skills and experiences.

Hannah says, "My time during the internship has been eye-opening, showing a realistic perspective of working in different fields. I have learned how it is to work in areas such as the jail and the courthouse. This has impacted me by showing me a realistic standard of the work environment, common experiences, and what to expect in all different areas so far. The internship allows me to see what jobs I would be most interested in before going into criminal justice, giving me time to prepare."

We are so proud of Hannah, and we are so grateful for our partnership with the Bossier Parish Sheriff's Office.

We want to take a moment to shine a spotlight on our girl, Hannah! She is currently an intern at Bossier Parish's Bossier Parish Sheriff's Office! This month, she is interning at Bossier Maximum Security Facility and enjoying her time, gaining new skills and experiences through hands-on interactions. While interning, she is also a full-time student at Bossier Parish Community College, pursuing her CTS in criminal justice investigations. We are extremely proud of Hannah! She is a true example of resilience.

As 2025 comes to a close we want to say a huge thank you to all of you who have partnered with us to serve the precious young women of House of Grace NWLA! These young women have flourished in a safe place where they feel loved and cared for while working towards their dreams. Thank you for giving each of them this space and support in an epic year of accomplishments…4 high school diplomas, 5 jobs, 1 drivers license, 2 transitioned to independence! WOW 🤩 oh GOD how you have blessed us! Goodbye 2025, making way for 2026💕
