Join us for SMAA’s monthly artist demonstration meeting for a live pottery wheel demonstration by Bill Boutwell inside the all new, spacious pottery studio in the Rebekah Stark Johnson Community Arts Center, Tues. 4/14/26, 6:45 to 8 PM. Bill will demonstrate the stages of creating pottery, and we will tell you how you can sign up for your own pottery classes. For the past nine years, Bill has been a part of the South Mississippi Art Association’s pottery program at the Ben McNair Community Center, made possible by the City of Hattiesburg. The Rebekah Stark Johnson Community Arts Center is located at 825 Main Street in downtown Hattiesburg (39401).
