Any club members that come to the Buckley Old Engine Show(runs through this Sunday) are welcome to jump on our club tractor and drive it around the grounds. It will be parked down by the Oilwell building #21. Stop in the building and see Chad Furrow to let me know you’re taking it.

Tomorrow is our silent auction! Bring all your goodies to add to the tables as well as you $$.

Also our club potluck is tomorrow at 7pm. Bring 2 dishes to pass. We will have a 50/50 raffle!!

I'll be hanging out here at the fairgrounds until about 6pm today and then we'll be back tomorrow morning around 8am. If you come when we're not at registration, it is okay to drop off your tractor. There are 3-double rows for your regular tractors on one side of the club trailer. The garden tractors will be on the other side between the orange cone and and the light pole. This will be a single row and if that fills up, we can add another row in front of it. Have a great night everyone!

Wednesday (7/9) 6pm @ fairgrouds to set posts and make the grounds (Thursday is slated for makeup time if it rains)

Thursday (7/10) 7pm @ Chad's to transfer items into the new trailer

Saturday (7/12) 7:30am @ fairgrounds to set up tents

Join us tomorrow at 7pm at the Barry County Expo Center for our last meeting before the fair starts! We need to finalize a few things and establish setup times.

You can bring in your tractors starting Saturday July 12th at 8am. Being a club member and bringing in at least one tractor will get you 2 week long passes to fair. Camping is available in our area for $60 for the whole week. It is rustic camping. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to camp so we can make sure there is a spot for you.

The parade will be daily at 6pm Monday-Saturday. Garden tractors may participate but will be grouped together between two larger tractors with experienced drivers. Garden tractor drivers must be at least 10 years old and standard tractor operators must be at least 13 years old.

Thursday will be a silent auction. Please bring in goodies to donate to the sale. We have been lucky enough for the last few years to raise enough to cover one of our two insurance premiums for the club. Let's keep this tradition going!

Some other things to expect:
Monday night - Garden tractor pull at 7pm
Tuesday night - fun tractor pull, $5 per hook
Wednesday - kids day activities 12-4
Wednesday night - tractor games for both Garden and regular
Thursday night - club potluck, bring two dishes to pass plus your own table settings
Friday night - test and tune, free
Saturday morning - tractor pull starts at 10am, $15 per hook, registration starts at 9am
