Patsy gives her time, love and compassion to pre-school children in her community. The impact she makes in their lives is immeasurable. ☀️ HAPPY VOLUNTEER ANNIVERSARY, GRANDMA LORENE! ☀️
Today we are celebrating Grandma Lorene, AKA Grandma Sunshine, who is marking another wonderful year as an AmeriCorps Seniors Foster Grandparent Program volunteer!
For the last four years, Grandma Lorene has brought her warmth, love, and bright smile into a 2-3 year old preschool classroom. She helps the littlest learners grow by playing educational games with them, reads favorite stories, and is a source of gentle guidance and encouragement.
Thank you, Grandma Lorene, for your dedication, your big heart, and the endless joy you bring to children. 🩷☀️

🌟Today we are giving a massive shout-out to Grandma Connie, a 23 year AmeriCorps Seniors Foster Grandparent Program volunteer!
🍎For over 2 decades Grandma Connie has provided extra love, attention, patience and guidance to pre-school and early elementary children in Doniphan. From helping little ones learn to read to providing crucial social-emotional support, her 23 year journey has touched hundreds of lives.
