Today, the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson joins communities across the nation in observing National POW/MIA Recognition Day.

We pause to honor the brave American service members who were prisoners of war and to remember those who remain missing in action.

We also recognize the families who have carried the uncertainty and sacrifice of their loved ones’ service.
