🩷 Meet Maggie 🩷

Maggie's story began on one of the coldest days imaginable. She was found heavily pregnant, alone in the middle of a snowstorm, lying in the snow and severely emaciated. Thankfully, she was rescued just in time. Almost immediately after arriving in safety, Maggie gave birth to her 6 puppies. She poured everything she had into raising them, and now that most of her babies have found loving homes, it's finally Maggie's turn to find the family she's always deserved.

We believe Maggie is still very young, around 2 years old, but it's clear she hasn't had an easy start to life. Living on the streets meant she had to fend for herself and survive however she could. Because of that, Maggie has a high prey drive and would do best in a home without cats, small dogs, or other animals. While we know that may make her search for a home a little more challenging, we can promise she is absolutely worth it. 🤞🏼

Maggie is an incredible companion with so much love to give. She is fully potty trained, amazing in a kennel, and walks beautifully on a leash. One of her favorite things in the world is going for walks, followed closely by playing with toys. In fact, Maggie finds so much joy in toys that it's impossible not to smile watching her. It's as if she's making up for all the fun she never got to have before.

She loves every person she meets, both big and small. Maggie can get excited by sudden movements and may take them as an invitation to play or break into a round of zoomies, so homes with young children should simply be mindful of her playful enthusiasm. She truly just loves life and wants to be part of the action.

After a good walk and some playtime, Maggie's favorite place is right next to her people on the couch. She's a total cuddle bug who loves snuggling, soaking up affection, and enjoying a good belly rub. She forms deep bonds with her people and is heavily attached to her foster family, which tells us she will be incredibly devoted to her forever family as well. 😍

Maggie is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to go home. What she needs now is a patient family willing to continue helping her learn what it means to simply be a dog. She is still discovering boundaries, manners, and all the wonderful things that come with being loved and cared for.

After such a difficult beginning, Maggie is more than ready for her second chance. She dreams of a home filled with toys, cozy couch snuggles, daily walks, and people to love with her whole heart.

🖤 Meet Baby Frank 🖤

Baby Frank's story started in the middle of Dallas, where he was found scared and alone, hiding behind two trash cans. Thankfully, his days of surviving on the streets are behind him, and now this stunning young Cane Corso is ready to find the family he's always deserved.

At just 14 months old, Baby Frank is an absolutely gorgeous boy with a gentle soul. Like many Corsos, he can be a little shy and reserved when meeting new people. After all he's been through, he's still rebuilding his confidence and learning that the world can be a safe place. But give him a little patience and understanding, and you'll quickly discover the sweet, affectionate dog hiding beneath that timid exterior.

Once Baby Frank trusts you, he transforms into a giant cuddle bug who wants nothing more than to snuggle up next to his favorite people. His loving personality shines through, and it's impossible not to fall for him.

Baby Frank gets along wonderfully with other dogs and warms up to them very quickly. He's also a dream houseguest—perfectly kennel trained, great on a leash, knows "sit" and "lay down," and is eager to continue learning. He's a smart boy who genuinely wants to please.

To make things even better, Baby Frank is microchipped, neutered, and fully vaccinated, making him more than ready to head home with his forever family.

Our sweet Tally girl came to us a few months back, barely able to walk. Her amazing foster worked extremely hard on therapy for her and she is doing amazing!

Tally has come so far and is :

Unfortunately the foster’s personal dog has torn both of her ACL’s and it’s very hard to manage keeping her calm as she just wants to play with Tally.

We are looking for a new foster so her current foster is able to really focus on the healing of her personal dog.

Tally is the funniest, most loving and happiest little potato out there! She snorts, loves to play, NAP and is not destructive. Tally would love a comfy couch to hangout on while looking for her forever family. 🩷

🚨 FOSTER NEEDED 🚨

Our sweet Lilah girl just had her leg amputated and is ready to break out of the hospital but needs a fosters to go home to!

Unfortunately there was too much nerve damage to her leg that it was unable to be saved. 💔

Lilah is the sweetest 5 month old German shepherd puppy. She loves every animal and person that she meets. She is great in a kennel and almost has potty training down!

Lilah is looking for a foster home where she can rest and finish healing so she can get ready for her forever home!

🚨🚨WE NEED YOUR HELP!🚨🚨

Last night, we responded to a situation that is hard to put into words. 😢

It began as a call about a home with too many animals and possible neglect, but what we found was far more serious. Inside were 45 dogs and 2 cats, all living in extremely challenging conditions without proper care.

Tragically, not all of them made it. One had even passed away right in front of the volunteers. Three dogs and a kitten had already passed before help could arrive. Many of the animals who were still alive were in very fragile condition, severely underweight, dehydrated, and in need of urgent medical attention. 💔

Multiple rescues - Apollo Support & Rescue for Abandoned Dogs, Fuzzy Texan Animal Rescue, North Texas Australian Shepherd Rescue, and Recycled Pomeranians and Schipperkes Rescue stepped in quickly and were able to take in most of the smaller dogs. But the larger dogs were left without placement, not because people didn’t care, but because resources and space were limited.

Standing there, it was clear that some of them didn’t have time to wait.

We made the decision to bring two dogs of the larger dogs into our care who needed immediate help:

🩷 Cherry, a female bulldog, and
🩵 Layne, a male 10-year-old pittie mix.

Thanks to one of our dedicated volunteers, they were rushed straight to our veterinary team, where they are now safe and receiving intensive care. Both are very weak, anemic, severely underweight, and dealing with tons of parasites, but they are finally getting the treatment and compassion they deserve.

While we weren’t in a position financially to take on more, we knew we couldn’t turn away from these two.

‼️ Now, we’re begging for your help. Their care is already extensive, and every donation goes directly toward giving them a chance to recover and heal. We are also desperately looking for fosters for these extremely sweet dogs. ‼️
