Parents... Tabata is a great fun way to get in some excercise. Use it for a PE session during these times. Fun and interactive for you to join in as well. I found these and thought your kids would love them. Make your own by picking the dances they know.

Tabata is a high-intensity interval training that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds.
