The views were beautiful as our team flew over the mountains of Honduras and touched down in the Comayagua Valley.
Our team arrived safely with all of our luggage and totes cleared customs easily without any charges or fees at all!
We are all settled into the place where we will stay tonight while waiting on a team member who may arrive tomorrow.
Back to our view… as our plane approached the valley below, my mind went to the people living in the towns and villages scattered throughout this mountain range. They have complex medical needs, and yet many of them don’t know The Great Physician. They are surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery, and yet many of them don’t know The Creator.
Our job is simple: provide such compassionate medical/optical care that they will want to meet The Great Physician. And then when they see the beauty all around them in these mountains, they too will recognize that only The Creator could paint such incredible scenery.
