Mother2Mother Mother2Mother is an upstart change initiative seeking to stop gun violence and murder in the city of New Orleans. This change starts with us!

Red is the color of this change movement because red signifies the blood of our children that continues to color the streets.Young men and women are dying at an unnatural rate due to gun violence, retailitaion, drugs and senseless crime. As a mother and founder of Mother2Mother, I am not devaluing the impact of fathers. I am simply magnifying the power and influence of the female voice. The goal o

f Mother2Mother is to unite the community through the eyes of mothers who have lost children. Through common loss, these mothers can share their experiences in an effort to prevent the next mother from living through the tragedy of burying a child. From one mother to another, there is a desperate cry for change. From our wombs we give them life, only to watch the streets of New Orleans sentence them to death.
