I have a wonderful opportunity that I want to share so that Harvey residents, churches, and businesses can save money on their light bill. There is a state grant-funded program available that provides TOTALLY FREE solar panels to your home, church, or business. If your roof is too old to support the solar panels, you will receive a NEW ROOF free of charge. Your electrical system will also be upgraded FREE OF CHARGE so it can support the solar energy system.
I know this sounds too good to be true. I said the same thing but I signed up when I was assured that I would not pay any money for anything! You must be a homeowner to take advantage of the program.
