Key Dates:
• Final Planning Meeting: May 12 @ 7:00 pm (HES Library)
• Setup: May 16 after 1:00 pm (Harvard Elementary)
• Open House: May 16 @ 8:30–9:30 pm
• Clean-Up: May 17 @ 6:00 am (Prime Disposal pick-up planned)

What’s Happening:
We’re throwing an all-night prom party and need your help to make it amazing. Please volunteer to decorate, chaperone, or clean up.

Please join us Wednesday November 6th at 7:00 in the HES Library as we begin planning our 2025 Celebration! What is Celebration you ask? It is Bromfield's giant after prom party put together especially for our Juniors and Seniors by a very motivated team of parents and community members dedicated to helping keep our students safe on that very special night. We are looking for volunteers for this year's event. It is completely FREE for any Junior and Senior and their guest whether they attend prom or not!! Come and see us on the Common during Halloween if you have any questions. We'd love to talk to you about what we do!
