The Harvard Lions have focused our early grant giving efforts to organizations that offer hunger relief in our local communities. We are pleased to announce we recently distributed nearly $18,000 to these local organizations – Loaves and Fishes (Devens), Community Harvest (Harvard), Stone Soup Kitchen Ministries (Ayer), Gaining Ground (Concord), Project New Hope (Worcester) and Mustard Seed (Worcester). This is only possible through the community’s support of our fundraising activities. We thank you for this support. We hope to see you at our community focused Health and Wellness Fair on Saturday, March 21 at HES. More details can be found at www.harvardlions.com on our events and our mission.

The Harvard Lions are donating proceeds from our events and fundraising efforts to local food pantries. Paula Bushey from Mustard Seed received a donation at our last meeting. Mustard Seed works with the unhoused population in Worcester and we are grateful and thankful for their efforts!
