Even more excitement is happening on the Farm today! Snider Recreation, Inc. - School and Park Recreation Equipment is installing our new playground equipment, and ForeverLawn NEO surfacing will make the play area even better. This project is possible because of the generous support of donors to our 40 Years Forward Campaign! Thank you to the community for all your support! We recently had the pleasure of hosting 21 students from Louisville City Schools (Louisville, OH) Middle School at Pegasus Farm as part of their Kindness Day activities. The students enjoyed learning about our programs, meeting the horses, and discovering how equine-assisted activities support individuals of all abilities. We are grateful for the opportunity to connect with our local school community and share the meaningful work happening at Pegasus Farm. Cupcake and Dusty really enjoyed the added attention!

We recently had the pleasure of hosting 60 students from Mrs. Hutchison’s sixth-grade Language Arts class at East Canton Middle School. After reading Carolyn Scoppettone’s article, “Horses as Healers Around the World,” the students wanted to see firsthand how horses can improve the lives of children and adults with disabilities—and benefit everyone. During their field trip, the students learned about Pegasus Farm, explored our programs, and, of course, met our wonderful horses. Thank you to Mrs. Hutchison and East Canton Schools for visiting us!
