📢 Our office will be closed September 21–25.

Our team will be traveling for site visits and attending the CAFO Summit in Atlanta, GA, where we’ll have the opportunity to connect with organizations, learn from others, and spend time with people who are committed to caring for vulnerable children and families.

We’re looking forward to bringing what we learn back with us as we continue working alongside organizations making a difference in their communities.

We received this impact story from our friends at Lower Lights, and we wanted to share it with you.

"A long-time resident of Family Housing and her 12-year-old autistic son were able to move into their own home last month. They chose a place close to the church and our drug treatment program where the mom had found sobriety years earlier. She now helps others do the same.

Her son has grown from a traumatized child requiring institutional care to a thriving tween, voted Student of the Month at his school. After a year in our workforce development program, mom secured a job last year, which recently led to a full-time position at one of Columbus's largest corporations.

Throughout it all, she grew in her faith and gave all praise to God. Their story is one of perseverance in the face of horrific violence and hardships. Thanks to investors like you, we were able to provide the space and time for God to do His miracles of healing in this family.”

Stories like this are why we’re honored to support the work of Lower Lights and their Family Housing program. It’s a privilege to come alongside organizations that are creating space for families to find stability, healing, opportunity, and hope—and to see how God uses that space to transform lives.

🎓Meet Legacy Scholar Allea Graves!

Allea is studying Music Education at Malone University, combining her love for music with her passion for teaching. She sees music as her calling and teaching as a way to use that calling to serve and invest in others.

Her faith plays an important role in how she approaches her education and future career. Allea hopes to teach in a public school and make an impact on her students by showing them God’s love and kindness through the way she lives and leads.

We’re honored to invest in Allea’s journey and can’t wait to see the impact she makes through her love of music, teaching, and serving others. 💙🎓

We’re honored to support Columbiana County InStep and the important work they’re doing to help students know the Bible, know God, and live well. 💙

With support from The Christ Foundation, InStep was able to strengthen and expand its Released Time Bible Education program, giving more students access to faith-based learning during the school day. The grant helped increase program capacity, support transportation needs, and strengthen the organization’s ability to serve students and families throughout the community.

And sometimes, impact begins with one simple question.

When a student at Western Reserve Elementary asked, “Can we have an InStep program at our school?” his question sparked a new vision. What began as one student speaking up became the catalyst for InStep to expand its reach and bring Released Time Bible Education to even more students.

We’re grateful to partner with organizations like Columbiana County InStep as they invest in the spiritual growth, character, and well-being of the next generation. 🙏

🎓 Meet Legacy Scholar Aaron Dick!

Aaron is studying Education at Malone University, where he’s pursuing his passion for teaching and helping others grow. From an early age, he found joy in teaching people new things, and the teachers and coaches who invested in his life inspired him to follow in their footsteps.

As a future educator, Aaron hopes to do more than teach a subject—he wants to build relationships, encourage his students, and help them recognize their own strengths. His faith motivates him to serve others and be a positive influence in his community.

We’re honored to invest in Aaron’s journey and can’t wait to see the legacy he leaves through the lives he impacts.
