Smiles Start Early. 🦷❤️
We’re excited to see this new initiative expanding access to dental services for young children across the Carolinas—right where they are, in Head Start centers. Early care changes everything, and this kind of partnership is exactly the kind of upstream work that creates healthier communities for years to come.

For 20 years, the Miles of Smiles Golf Tournament has been more than a game — it's been a lifeline.

Because of this event and the generous support of sponsors and players, thousands of children in our region now have access to dental care that would otherwise be out of reach. In 2024-25 alone, over 3,500 students were served in Darlington, Dillon, Lee, Chesterfield, and Marlboro Counties.

Thanks to your continued support, we've expanded from portable dental equipment to two fully equipped mobile clinics that now visit schools and CSC medical sites directly. These smiles on the course lead to even more in the classroom. 🚌😁

🌟 Huge thanks to the Duke Energy Foundation for their incredible generosity! CareFirst Carolina was awarded a $3,500 microgrant as part of their initiative to fight food insecurity across South Carolina.

🍎 This grant will directly support our food pantries in Bishopville and Clio, helping us provide essential resources to those in need.
