​Amanda Stanley-Hulsey has dedicated her life's work to teaching in highly mobile schools and advocating for students who experience educational inequality. Approaching her 40th birthday, Amanda felt that the

re was something more she could do to enhance the educational opportunities for all children across the country. Educational Innovations, INC hopes to be a vehicle by which communities, school districts and other organizations can combine resources to give students the very best educational advantage. Amanda is a native of Tuscaloosa, Alabama and graduated from a rural high school in Tuscaloosa County. Always having a passion for helping others, Amanda let go of her passion to be an educator and graduated from the University of Alabama's College of Commerce and Business Administration with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business in 2000. Much to everyone's surprise, Amanda rekindled her passion for teaching while she was living at Fort Benning, Georgia with her husband, Jason, who is an Army Officer. Amanda held various support positions while enhancing her teaching skills. In 2011, she completed a Master of Arts in Special Education, focus on Autism, from Texas Tech University. Amanda has completed hours in Master of Social Work programs and truly is a lifelong learner. Amanda has held teaching positions in Georgia (Prekindergarten), Texas (Grades 3-5 Special Education and Inclusion) and Alabama (6th grade Special Education and Inclusion); due to her husband's military service. Through unique educational experiences with her own children, Ivy and Thomas, Amanda is an advocate for individualized instruction whether it be in public, private or home school settings. She has worked in for-profit and non-profit environments and has excelled at creating new business development opportunities in the public and private sectors. Educational Innovations, INC provides comprehensive but practical approaches to securing grant funding, creating professional learning plans and executing staff training to build capacity in any size organization. We look forward to helping you provide unique educational experiences for all students.
