Hartselle Depot Days is almost here! 🚂🎉

We are excited to announce that vendor AND food vendor spaces for the 2026 Hartselle Depot Days festival are officially FULL! ❤️ We are so grateful for the incredible response and cannot wait to welcome everyone downtown on Saturday, September 19!

Still interested in being a vendor? Applications remain open for our waitlist. If a space becomes available, we will work through the waitlist as openings occur.

🙋‍♀️ Now we need YOU!

Over the next week and a half, we’re looking for community members who would like to help us prep, decorate, and get Historic Downtown Hartselle festival-ready! We also have several volunteer opportunities available during Depot Days itself, from helping with vendors and activities to supporting different areas throughout the festival.

Whether you can give us an hour, a morning, or help on festival day, every extra set of hands makes a difference!

Depot Days is getting closer, which means it’s time to start getting DOWNTOWN READY! 🚂🎉

Join us Friday, August 28 for a morning of hands-on Depot Days prep. We’ll be tying ribbon, organizing signage, fall décor and tackling other projects to help create that welcoming downtown festival atmosphere.

🕙 At 10 AM, we’ll pause for our Downtown Community Meeting to:

🗺️ Walk through the Depot Days map
🚂 Share festival updates
🅿️ Discuss parking, vendors & visitor flow
🎀 Talk signage + downtown décor
🙋‍♀️ Go over volunteer opportunities
🤝 Identify ways our downtown community can work together

BUSINESS OWNERS — we also want you thinking about this:

👉 What are YOU doing to draw Depot Days visitors into your business?

A special? Sidewalk signage? Scarecrow décor? A giveaway? A fun storefront? Cross-promotion with another business?

Thousands of people coming downtown gives all of us an opportunity to show them what makes Downtown Hartselle special.

Volunteers are welcome to come help throughout the morning until noon!

We’ll also have another opportunity to volunteer Saturday.

Want to help bring Hartselle’s history to life during Landmarks & Legends: A Walk Down Memory Lane? We’re looking for enthusiastic community members to serve as tour guides for this one-of-a-kind Depot Days Week experience! 🚂✨

You do not have to be a history expert — we’ll provide the information and training you need. We’re looking for people who enjoy our community, love meeting new people, and want to help tell the stories that make Hartselle special.

As a volunteer tour guide, you’ll have the opportunity to:

🤝 Meet some amazing people
⭐ Be part of a brand-new Depot Days tradition
