⚽️ Sometimes the best Hartford Promise moments happen off campus.

Our Alumni Night at Hartford Athletic gave Scholars a chance to reconnect and simply enjoy being together. 💚

We caught up on new careers, internships, graduate school plans, community projects, and even what’s growing in Scholars' summer gardens.

But what stood out most wasn't where our Scholars are going... it's who they are becoming:

Thoughtful. Driven. Grounded. Visionary.

What a night. 💚

Our 2026 Hartford Promise Scholar Induction Ceremony was more than a celebration. It was a room full of joy, pride, family, and possibility.

Corporate partners connected with new Scholars and families. Parents filled the room with photos, and happy tears. Students stood a little taller as they received their Hartford Promise green graduation cords and felt the power of what they have achieved.

Becoming a Hartford Promise Scholar is a major accomplishment and this evening made that clear. The city is behind these students. Their families are behind them. Their schools, partners, and community are behind them.

We saw the deep trust built by our Reaching Back team and the families they serve. Parents came forward just to say thank you.

Energetic, intimate, and full of connection, it was one of those nights where your face hurts from smiling.

To our new Promise Scholars: we are so proud of you. 🎓
To your families: thank you for believing every step of the way.
To our partners and donors: thank you for standing behind Hartford’s students.
