* Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops (ILST), Crews (ILSC), and Ships (ILSS) should be offered through a Scout’s home unit. Ask your Unit Leader how you can participate in this course.

Meet Our NYLT Senior Patrol Leader (Boy Troop)!

We’re excited to introduce Hudson Sebranek, who will be serving as our Senior Patrol Leader (Boy Troop) for this summer’s National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) course at Camp Workcoeman, July 12–18!

Hudson brings strong leadership experience, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others grow. This will be his third time staffing NYLT at Camp Workcoeman, having previously served as both a Troop Guide and Assistant Youth Course Lead. As a Senior Patrol Leader, he’ll be guiding participants through an unforgettable week of learning, teamwork, and leadership development. His energy and commitment to Scouting make him a great role model for all who attend.

Please join us in welcoming Hudson to this important role—we’re looking forward to an incredible NYLT course under his leadership!
