The Legacy Foundation is focused on addressing disparities in education and health. We accomplish our mission by identifying and supporting innovative social innovation with strategic and financial resources to grow solutions to scale and achieve substantive, sustainable, and systemic transformative social impact against some of the biggest problems facing community in education and health. One of

our programs is our My Brothers’ Keeper Program at Martin Luther King School in Hartford. The Program is a developmental and mentoring program for boys at MLK School focused on establishing a culture of confidence, self-belief and pursuit of and expectations of high achievement, excellence and professionalism.

We were also honored to meet Hartford Mayor Arunan Arulampalam and celebrate the power of collaboration in creating opportunities for young people.
