Due to inclement weather and worsening conditions throughout the evening, our 2026 Winter Cohort Mixer has been postponed to March 6th from 5-7pm at Red Rock Tavern, 369 Capitol Ave, Hartford, CT 06106. Everyone please stay safe and we will see you all then!

Black History Month is a time to honor and celebrate the rich history, contributions, and achievements of Black leaders throughout America. From civil rights pioneers and innovators to educators, artists, and entrepreneurs, their impact has shaped our nation in powerful and lasting ways. Being knowledgeable about Black history is vital, not only to understand the past but to recognize how these leaders paved the way for progress, equity, and opportunity for future generations. Their courage, resilience, and vision continue to inspire change and remind us of the importance of justice and unity. Their lives and legacies are forever instilled in each of us, guiding us to learn, reflect, and continue the work they began. ❤️🖤💚

We had an inspiring time at our Pathways to Excellence College Fair and Networking Event. So many futures were set in motion, meaningful connections were made, and students left feeling empowered and inspired.

A heartfelt thank you to all of our partners who joined us and helped make this event possible, and an equally sincere thank you to everyone who attended. Your presence, energy, and engagement truly made the difference.

We would also like to extend our deepest gratitude to our keynote speaker, Dr. Makola Abdullah, President of Virginia State University, for sharing his insight, leadership, and words of encouragement that inspired students to dream boldly and pursue excellence.

Helping our youth secure their future is of the utmost importance. Together, we are building pathways to success, one opportunity at a time.
