On Friday, Fr. Romans from the Archdiocese of Hartford presented us with a generous grant from the Archbishop’s Vicariate Outreach Program to support our Community Pantry and Student Weekend Backpack Program. We are especially grateful to receive this funding for the second consecutive year, allowing us to continue providing essential resources and support to individuals, families, and students in our community. Thank you to the Archdiocese of Hartford for helping us make a meaningful difference!

Today, our friends from First Church, Glastonbury decided to honor Indigenous People's Day by volunteering as a group in our Gather55 restaurant. ❤

They've made a tradition of donating their time on a few special holidays every year and we just love having this hardworking and cheerful group here to share their good energy!

Today, they helped out in the kitchen, ensuring each plate had what it needed before being served, and then with a smile, brought the dishes to our restaurant guests. They also served complimentary coffee, water and tea and, as a special treat, passed out lovingly-made baked goods to all of our guests.

We are so grateful for our faith-based partners, like First Church of Glastonbury, and their dedication to uplifting and supporting their community.

OUR COMMUNITY PANTRY NEEDS YOUR HELP!

We are seeing RECORD NUMBERS of participants utilizing our community pantry, and our shelves are having a difficult time keeping up with the growing need.

We URGENTLY NEED YOUR HELP to keep some of our most-needed essentials stocked for the individuals and families we serve.

MOST NEEDED ITEMS:

• Beans — canned or dried
• Canned Fruit — mixed fruit, peaches, and similar varieties
• Complete Pancake Mix
• Pancake Syrup

Every donation, big or small, makes a difference. Your generosity helps ensure that our neighbors have access to nutritious food when they need it most.
