September 16th-18th, 2016. Hart & Soul is a weekend devoted to good soul music and great dancing. There will be classes and live music and dancing!

There will be classes and live music and dancing throughout the weekend! The highlight of the weekend is a live concert by Hartford's own West End Blend on 7pm Saturday Sept. 6th at the Polish National Home. This 13 piece funk and soul band, featured on a recent WNPR episode of Where We Live (http://wnpr.org/post/west-end-blend-soundtrack-your-party), will play classics from the Motown and Stax ca
