Want to spend a Sunday morning doing something good for Hartford’s kids?

We’re looking for volunteers to help at Donny’s Dash on Sunday, October 25th.

Events like Donny’s Dash, which benefits Boys & Girls Clubs of Hartford, does more than bring people together for a fun event. They introduce new people to our mission, build community around our kids, and help generate support for the programs and opportunities our young people count on all year long.

And none of it happens without volunteers!

Sorry, we’re a little short staffed today… 😂

They’re enthusiastic, they know the Club, and they’re pretty confident they could run the place.

There’s just one small problem…we need a few more years before we can put them on payroll.

We’re pretty sure we weren’t the only ones having fun when ALDI USA came to volunteer with us.

The Club was full of energy, games, art, and a giant game of dodgeball (of course!). From start to finish, our members and the ALDI volunteers were laughing, learning, and making memories together.

These are the kind of moments we love creating for our members, more adults encouraging them , more opportunities to try something new, more chances to feel connected to the community around them.
