Caio walked up to the Robinson & Cole building with the same confidence he’s carried throughout his years at the club👏

Through our workforce incubator, he spent the day inside a real team, took on real deadlines, and got feedback from professionals who treated his ideas like they mattered. He learned how to tailor a message for different audiences, read data to make decisions, and present his own progress like a pro. Most importantly, he walked away believing his voice deserves to be heard.

Opportunities such as this become a gateway through which our teens discover what’s possible. Thank you to our amazing partners for opening your doors💙

We continue to provide access to structured internships, mentorship, and guided reflection so that our teens can test their interests in real-world contexts, while developing the professional habits that schools alone cannot always foster📚 Caio, we are so proud of you!

Our President & CEO, Alise Dixon, stepped into our teen center for a quick visit and dropped a gem for everyone! The teens were engaging in a conversation about career paths, and Alise said something that will stick with our young people: find the thing that genuinely excites you, then build your career around it. A message that truly everyone can take something from👏
