Although there was almost a 4-hour wait, I am very grateful and extremely happy about receiving the free Covid-19 home test kits and N - 95 masks that were provided to us by the State of CT and our Governor "Ned Lamont" says E. Hartford, Family Child Care Provider Dorothelia Barnett.
