On Friday, December 20, 2013, the Tap Into Violence Youth Program and The Father Works Program are putting FEED OUR YOUTH, a fundraiser and food/toy drive for the young people. This event will be taking place at Greater Joy Church of Deliverance, 49 Charter Oak Avenue, Hartford. See flier for info. We want to make sure that our young people and their families have food and a gift for the holidays. No one should go hungry, period! So we are asking all who come to bring a non-perishable food item and/or a toy of some sort for us to pass out to those families in need.

$10 per plate donation. There will be fried fish and chicken meals. For more info, contact Tap Into Violence at 860-598-0862.

Tap Into Violence Youth Program, LLC is a support and advocacy program that mentors and educates youth from the Greater Hartford Metropolitan area who are negatively affected and influenced by acts of violence within the community and schools.

Im asking for the support from the City of Hartford and all communities surrounding so we would be able to expand the program for the youth. Advance tickets are for sale but are limited.
