Mike shares a different way to look at triggers, cravings, and resistance in recovery.

Instead of seeing cravings as a sign of failure, he explains that resistance often shows up when someone is trying to do better. Recovery is not about hoping triggers never come. It is about learning how to meet them, face them, and keep moving forward.

This conversation is a reminder that the hard moments do not always mean you are losing. Sometimes, they are proof that you are fighting for something better.
