💙❤️🤍 A Heartfelt Thank You to Juniper Home Care! 💙❤️🤍

Today, our MHAGH residents had the pleasure of enjoying a wonderful field trip with Juniper Home Care, and our hearts are full of gratitude!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, kindness, laughter, and hospitality. Juniper generously provided transportation, picking our residents up directly from the MHAGH Resident Services Building and ensuring everyone traveled safely and comfortably.

Residents enjoyed a fun-filled day of fellowship, arts and crafts, games, conversation, delicious refreshments, and cultural celebration. It was beautiful to see so many smiles, creativity, and meaningful connections being made throughout the day.

Thank you, Juniper Home Care, for opening your doors and making our residents feel so special, valued, and appreciated. Experiences like these help combat isolation, encourage social engagement, and create lasting memories for our seniors.

On Friday, June 5, 2026, Resident Services had the pleasure of celebrating a very special milestone—**Angela R.'s Birthday!** 🥳💐

The community room was filled with smiles, laughter, birthday balloons, delicious treats, cake, and wonderful fellowship as residents gathered together to honor Angela on her special day. The photos capture a beautiful afternoon of friendship, connection, and joy as residents shared stories, enjoyed refreshments, and celebrated this meaningful occasion together.

A very special **thank you to Edna Rivera, Resident Service Liaison**, for her outstanding dedication to our residents. Edna consistently does a magnificent job planning thoughtful, meaningful events that bring our community together and create lasting memories. Her hard work, compassion, and attention to detail helped make this celebration truly special.

Are you behind on rent and facing eviction due to a recent financial hardship? The **Connecticut Department of Housing's Eviction Prevention Fund (EPF) 2.0** may be able to help eligible households with up to **3 months of rental assistance or up to $5,000** toward rental arrears.

✅ You may qualify if:
• You live in Connecticut
• You received a **Notice to Quit within the last 6 months**
• Your household income is at or below **80% of Area Median Income (AMI)**
• You experienced a recent financial hardship due to:
• Job loss
• Death of a household member who contributed income
• Significant medical event
• You can demonstrate the ability to pay rent moving forward
