Ohio County Healthcare is proud to provide psychiatric services to the individuals supported by Wendell Foster, Inc. in Owensboro.

Each month, OCH Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Shannon Casey works alongside Wendell Foster's clinical team, including board-certified behavior analysts and registered nurses, to support residents experiencing behavioral health challenges.

Together, they review each resident's progress, discuss emerging concerns, and develop individualized, person-centered medication plans with the goal of promoting stability, well-being, and quality of life.

And the collaboration doesn't stop when the monthly visit ends. Ms. Casey remains available to the Wendell Foster team between visits when questions or concerns arise, helping provide continuity of care as residents' needs change.

We are grateful for the opportunity to work alongside the dedicated team at Wendell Foster and to be part of the care and support they provide to the individuals and families they serve.

Join Hospice of Ohio County TONIGHT (10/6) at Brown’s Farm Fresh Produce and Meat for a family grief support event.

All are welcome to attend for grief resources, fall activities, and snacks!

Grief can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to walk through it alone.

Join our Hospice team for an evening of support, connection, and healing on Tuesday, October 6, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Brown’s Farm Fresh Produce and Meat.

Participants will have access to grief support resources, do a fun craft, and enjoy the fun activities at Brown's Farm.
