Hartford Community Emergency Response Team -CERT The Hartford CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) is an organization of Community people who are CERT members receive 20 hours of training to be certified!

The Hartford CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) is an organization of Community people who are trained to take proper action during emergencies. CERT teams are sponsored by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Administration), and teams are organized locally. The Hartford CERT Team is sponsored by the Hartford Fire Department Special Services Division. The Division manages and supports our team, and ensures that we are properly deployed when needed.
