This Sunday!

Recovery gave me a second chance. Martial arts gave me a way to rebuild my life.

This Sunday we’re bringing those two worlds together for a FREE boxing class in partnership with Phoenix. Whether you’re new to fitness, early in recovery, supporting someone who is, or just looking for a positive community, this event is for you.

For one hour we’ll learn some basic boxing skills, get a great workout, share some laughs, and show people that recovery can be strong, healthy, and fun.

📅 Sunday, June 14
⏰ 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
📍 Secret Pages Martial Arts & Fitness
435F Hartford Turnpike, Vernon, CT 06066

✅ FREE event
✅ All fitness levels welcome
✅ No experience required
✅ 48 hours of sobriety required to attend

Huge thanks to Phoenix, Tito, Bobby Knuckles, Allison, and everyone helping make this happen.

You don’t have to fight alone. Sometimes all it takes is finding the right tribe.

Tag someone who should come with you. 🥊🔥
