This Sunday!

Recovery gave me a second chance. Martial arts gave me a way to rebuild my life.

This Sunday we’re bringing those two worlds together for a FREE boxing class in partnership with Phoenix. Whether you’re new to fitness, early in recovery, supporting someone who is, or just looking for a positive community, this event is for you.

For one hour we’ll learn some basic boxing skills, get a great workout, share some laughs, and show people that recovery can be strong, healthy, and fun.

Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA and martial arts in general gave me something I desperately needed in recovery. Structure. Confidence. Community. Purpose. It taught me how to deal with stress, emotions, fear and pressure in a healthy way instead of running from it. It gave me an outlet and eventually a whole new life.

That’s why this event means so much to me. We’re opening the doors at Secret Pages Martial Arts and giving people in recovery a chance to experience that same feeling in a safe, supportive environment. No fighting experience needed and nobody is getting punched in the face. Just good people, hard work, movement, learning and positive energy.

Huge thank you to The Phoenix for helping make this happen and supporting recovery through action.

We’re teaming up again and I couldn’t be more excited! FlowState Fighting and Fitness, Cage Titans, and The Phoenix are bringing back the Sober Section for Cage Titans 75, and it’s going to be an incredible night.

High-level fights. Electric crowd. Real community.
This is all about showing up, having a blast, and enjoying combat sports with solid sober support around you. If you love MMA, big energy, and being around people who get it—this is for you.

For the first time ever, we’re bringing a SOBER SECTION to Ring Titans 2 in partnership with The Phoenix 🐦‍🔥

This is more than a row of seats.
This is a statement.

A statement that recovery belongs here.
A statement that people in sobriety deserve a safe, hype, supportive space to experience combat sports at the highest level.
A statement that you can show up present, strong, and fully locked in without substances — and STILL bring the loudest energy in the building.

Thanks to The Phoenix and the support of Cage Titans, we secured 10 sober-section tickets, giving people in recovery the chance to watch elite Muay Thai in a safe environment surrounded by community.

This movement isn’t small.
It’s growing.
And on December 13th, we’re showing EXACTLY what sober strength looks like under the arena lights.
