Just over a week away! Next Saturday, March 30th, we'll be partnering with Kamora's Cultural Corner for the next installment of our Know Your Rights series that we've put together in collaboration with A Pass To A New Beginning Inc. Our goal is to empower communities, patients, and their families with the knowledge they need to navigate the hospital discharge process and access the resources they need to ensure better health outcomes. This will be an inclusive space where you can build connections, gain insights, and learn more about vital resources.

Kamora’s Cultural Corner is an organization dedicated to supporting the LGBTQIA community by creating brave spaces to build and support organic community connections. You can learn more at kamorasculturalcorner.com.
