The HEC is now hiring for the position of facilitator.
The HEC facilitator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day to day operations of the event center. This position serves as the primary point of contact for renters and businesses renting the facility. Essential duties include-coordinate reservations, rentals, and scheduling. Communication with renters regarding facility rules, policies, fees, and procedures. Conduct facility tours and answer questions. Coordinate event set up and clean up. Fundraising. Open and close the facility for scheduled events. Hosting events. Inspect the facility before and after rentals. Report any maintenance concerns. In charge of scheduling and overseeing janitorial. Giving reports to Village council. Reporting to Village council on concerns.
Hours include-9a-3p on weekdays with the flexibility to have one scheduled day off during the week. Weekend hours would be based around rentals and events. 25-40 weekly. A cell phone will be provided.
*Weekends and Holidays are a must.
