Friendship serves our community by providing employment opportunities within our facility as well as in the surrounding community of Harrisonburg and Rockingham. Work and work rehabilitation are provided through our commercial operations where our customers rely on us for experience in contract packaging, document destruction, and government contracting. sportation Services, and Work Training Programs all increase the employment choices for persons with disabilities.

Alternative Schedule 8 am to 5 pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
❄️❄️We will be operating on an alternate schedule for the remainder of the week (Wednesday – Friday).
HOURS: 8 am to 5 pm Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
This will allow everyone the opportunity to drive in daylight hours. Unfortunately, the snow / ice is not going anywhere with the forecasted temperatures!
If you have specific concerns or questions regarding your work schedule, please speak to your supervisor.
