For more than 40 years, Leadership HR has helped cultivate informed, connected, and engaged leaders across Harrisonburg-Rockingham. This program is designed for professionals who are ready to strengthen their leadership skills, expand their network, and gain a deeper understanding of our community.

Through hands-on experiences, collaborative learning, and community engagement, participants build valuable relationships while exploring the issues, industries, and organizations shaping our region.

In honor of Memorial Day, the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce will be closed on Monday, May 25, as we pause to remember an honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service for our country.

We will reopen with regular hours Tuesday, May 26.
