Unless you actually live it, or with a person who has a brain injury. You have no idea what life is like. The stress and struggles are real. There is no normal. You learn to adapt to your “new” normal. Life with a brain injury is far from easy. So next time before you judge someone, ask yourself what you would do in that same situation and be grateful that you don’t have to know what they go through. Life with a brain injury is hard enough don’t be the source of pain or making it harder for someone. I will continue to advocate and spread awareness.

Due to inclement weather, we will not hold tonight's support group meeting. Besides the snow on the road currently, it is 21 degrees and everything is supposed to freeze this evening. We don't want anyone endangering themselves so please stay safe! See you in April

Another great Annual Picnic for our support group at Camp Still Meadows in Linville, VA! Such a beautiful place and we had perfect weather today! Everyone enjoyed the delicious food and our time together, as always!
