Shenandoah Valley Apartment Association Unfortunately, SVAA is no longer an active organization

The Shenandoah Valley Apartment Association (SVAA) is a non-stock, non-profit organization incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The objectives of the SVAA are to:

1) To raise the professional standards of multiple unit housing, it's construction and it's operation.
2) To improve the multiple unit housing industry in every way.
3) To provide those services and benefits t

o the members of the SVAA that will help them meet these objectives and assist them in the performance of their duties.
4) To provide a network for the free exchange of ideas and information between members of the association.
5) To enable the members of the association to speak with one voice to legislators and government bodies whether local, state or national.

Looking for volunteers....

Join SVAA on Wednesday, February 15th and Thursday, February 16th as we give back!

We will be the host group for Open Doors, a local shelter that supports the homeless. We need volunteers to help prepare and serve dinner.
