In observance of Juneteenth, our office will be closed on Friday, June 19th but our 24/7 crisis hotline is OPEN (540-434-2272 talk, text or chat).

As we honor this day of freedom and reflection, we also hold space for the survivors and families we serve. Juneteenth reminds us of resilience in the face of profound injustice; a spirit that lives in the courage of every survivor who walks through our doors. We remain committed to supporting healing, dignity, and justice for all.

Happy Pride! 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️

Collins Center and Friendly City Safe Space are putting on a healthy relationships workshop for the LGBTQIA+ community this month!

🗓️ When: Wednesday, June 24th, 6:30-8pm
📍 Where: Friendly City Safe Space
217 S Liberty Street (Ice House), Suite 203, Hburg
✨ for ages 15+
✨ Dinner and Childcare Provided!

We’ll explore the following:
🏳️‍🌈 identifying healthy and unhealthy relationship behaviors
🏳️‍⚧️ practicing healthy relationships
🏳️‍🌈 how to help a friend in an unhealthy relationship
🏳️‍⚧️ how to communicate boundaries and practice consent
🏳️‍🌈 where to find resources and support
