The D'Varga family has been on the mission field in Ecuador since April of 2011. They have three small children - Jude, Samuel, and Elena, all of whom were born in Ecuador. They are currently serving in the city of Catamayo, in Loja province, near Ecuador's southern border with Peru. in focus is evangelism and discipleship. Priscilla's ministry right now is raising and homeschooling their three children, and keeping the family alive! The goal of Acts 1:8 Mission Society is follow Jesus and to "be witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth," (Acts 1:8, ESV), and to call others to do the same! As a mission society, our hope and dream is to see many other missionaries join us in the call, and to see the world come to know the saving power of Jesus Christ!
