BOLO FOR 37 Y/O MALE, FOGGER, SAMUEL HE WAS LAST SEEN AROUND 10AM THIS MORNING AROUND THE 4100 TERRAPIN RD AREA IN BOONE COUNTY. HE WILL BE WEARING BLUE JEANS,HIKING BOOTS, AND A PLAID BLUE BUTTON UP JACKET. SUBJ IS AUTISTIC AND HAS SCHIZOPHRENIA

Harrison has a warming station set up for any who needs a warm place to go while the extreme temps are here.

The only warming shelter in town is at 1101 Radio Ave.
