A huge thank you to Arkansas Baptist Ranch for having the Intro to Animal and Poultry Science class out for a lab this last week. The students got to work cattle and deworm horses! The hands-on experiences are always enjoyed.

The greenhouse is in full swing!
Our Plant Science class and greenhouse workers are actively engaged in hands-on projects.

Plant Science class is comparing turnip growth using different methods within our Bato Bucket system. At the same time, one greenhouse worker conducts an off-the-grid comparison study, while another evaluates NFT hydroponics versus hanging hydroponic systems.

Seeing the creativity and curiosity growing alongside the plants is exciting!

From Sunflowers to Strawberries.
Our Plant Science class and greenhouse workers have worked hard over the past two Thursdays. During the lab on October 2, we pulled new rows, and this week, we planted 900 strawberry plants.
