This adorable little face belongs to Zeeland, the lab/hound mix puppy at our shelter. Zeeland came to us from a passerby that saw him in a ditch struggling to get up. He was barely breathing when we took him into our shelter, starving and bloated with worms. After a thorough vetting, our shelter staff nursed him back to the energetic little guy he is today. Zeeland is shy, afraid of new people at first, but with patience and love, wil be a most devoted family companion. Please come meet Zeeland during the Subaru Loves Pets reduced adoption event in October! Thanks to Reliable Subaru of Springfield and the ASPCA we are able to reduce our adoption fee to just $45! And that includes all the fun and love that Zeeland can give you!
