Lodge VP Paul Amalfitano made a visit to Helen Sajer's home to present a check PA Wounded Warriors on behalf of the Lodge #272. “She is truly a remarkable woman,” Paul said. “It was such a pleasure to have seen her again after so many years.”

Judge Rich Lewis (Lucia) recently spoke to his fellow members of the Capital City Lodge #272, Sons and Daughters of Italy about growing up Italian in Steelton, PA.

His remarks were from the heart, genuine, and captivating.
He grew up in the Italian ethnic St Ann’s section of Steelton surrounded by several streets of Italian families.
His experience was similar to many of our parents and grandparents.
His childhood to pre-college life was influenced by faith, family, food, and friends, all centered around the St Ann church community.
He had the room sitting on the front of their chairs smiling from ear to ear as they linked their childhood to his words.
I think he enjoyed the trip back to his youth as much as the audience.
