The PA General Assembly is in Harrisburg for the last scheduled week before the November election. The House has two bills on its calendar that The League is opposing:

📜 Senate Bill 1150 – places new limitations on local governments ability to change a posted agenda creating inefficiency and cost
📜 Senate Bill 908 – expands the Prevailing Wage Act to include custom fabrication work without increasing the Prevailing Wage threshold to today’s costs
