Dream Builders Foundation meets people where they are, offering support in person, virtually, evenings, and weekends.

We work with at-risk youth and individuals returning home through mentorship, workforce development, life skills, and so much more.

We’re growing and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.

Dream Builders Foundation is seeking a Volunteer Administrative Assistant to support our mission of serving at-risk youth and individuals impacted by the justice system.

This is not just a title we’re looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and ready to contribute behind the scenes as we continue building in the community.

If you’re serious about gaining experience, being part of meaningful work, and growing within an organization, this opportunity is for you.

✨ 5–10 hours per week (flexible)

This hands-on session will help participants learn how to:

This hands-on workshop is designed to support justice-impacted individuals, but anyone looking to strengthen their resume and interview skills is welcome.

Students and parents can attend upcoming Health Care Career Nights hosted by UPMC to learn about career pathways in one of the fastest-growing fields in the country.

Attendees will have the opportunity to:
• Explore a variety of health care careers
• Speak directly with professionals in nursing, imaging, EMS, pharmacy, IT, and more
• Learn about required education and training programs
• Connect with colleges and schools offering health care programs

This is a great opportunity for youth and families to gain career exposure and start planning next steps.
