The purpose of this club shall be to increase the public interest in all matters relating to good citizenship and to promote a better social order; to increase and promote public and general education; to advance the interests of public welfare and public health; to foster interest in and promote civic, patriotic and social work, and to encourage cultural interests in the community. the Civic Club of Harrisburg (TCCH) is an all-volunteer, board directed service organization.
