How can we hold other elected officials (or even private citizens) accountable for sexual harassment and assault if we don't hold the president accountable?

Simple. Good things happen when we vote. Election reforms in PA will allow more of us to vote. There's a Bill sitting in Committee to make reforms but it's been there since May and seems likely to stay stuck under Daryl Metcalfe's butt forever :(

So, the ACLU is working on language for a much narrower Bill with a Republican (!) sponsor to allow optional vote by mail.
